Toronto, Canada, December 15, 2017 – 3C Contact Services (www.3CContactServices.com), a Canadian contact center that provides superior customer service for small- and medium-sized businesses, is excited to announce that Chris Robinson has been hired as general manager.
“This is a huge step forward for both our business and our brand,” explains Adrian Newman, head of business development at 3C Contact Services. “Chris is undoubtedly the right person to take our thriving business and increase the value-added services that we offer to our selective clientele.”
Robinson brings a wealth of management acumen and industry knowledge to 3C gleaned from her time leading Clixx Direct Marketing Services as general manager; being president and founder of Bel Marra Nutritionals; and as publisher of Doctor’s Health Press. She recently completed her Masters in Project Management at Toronto’s prestigious Schulich School of Business.
“Not only is Chris an expert at growing a business by utilizing the latest and most efficient training techniques in marketing, sales, and retention, but she also is personable and possesses a slew of qualities that make her an asset to the business,” says Newman.
On her appointment, Robinson is upbeat and keyed up for the job ahead. “I’ve been in marketing for a very long time. I have a nose for what works, what doesn’t, and how to best support a client’s initiatives in a competitive global marketplace,” she says.
Robinson will be managing sale targets, lead generation, retention goals, and other qualitative aspects of 3C’s overall customer service, as well overseeing the implementation of new benchmarks of quality assurance that will empower 3C’s clients with even better services.
